Haha I know the people who put up the Congress sign. They've lived there for years and still drive their stupid VW Bus with 500 bumper stickers. They're such stereotypical hippies that they hung a giant peace sign in front for nearly 5 years. My theory of them is that they got kicked out of Silver Lake and now live on the outskirts.
